425g can of chickpeas
Juice of 1 lemon
60ml Tahini or Peanut Butter
1 Garlic clove crushed
2 tbsp Just Cold Oak Smoked Rapeseed Oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp Cumin
2-3 tbsp water
Dash of Paprika to serve
Place tahini (or peanut butter) and lemon juice into a food processor and mix until creamy. Add crushed garlic, salt, Just Cold Oak Smoked Rapeseed Oil and cumin. Drain canned chickpeas and add. Then slowly add water until the dip consistency is perfect!
