Smoked Beetroot Hummus Courtesy of Seasoned Cookery School

Smoked Beetroot Hummus

300g cooked beetroot

1x (400g) can of cooked chickpeas

100ml Just Oak Smoked Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil

1 garlic clove, finely sliced

Pinch of sea salt

Juice of ½ a lemon

2 tbsp tahini

2 tsp harissa paste

Small amount of feta (optional)

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until you have a smooth consistency and transfer to a serving bowl.
  2. Drizzle more of the oak smoked oil and a crumble of feta before serving with crudites. IMG_1454
