¼ red cabbage,
½ small onion
4 spring onions
2 firm apples (like Braeburn)
1 tbsp cider vinegar
50g Just Mayonnaise
2 tsp nigella seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
¼ ground black pepper
Pinch of sea salt
- Finely slice and shred all of your fruit and vegetables and place in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the vinegar, Just Mayonnaise, nigella seeds, maple syrup, black pepper and salt, then pour this over the shredded fruit and vegetables making sure everything is evenly coated.
- We recommend you leave the coleslaw for 30 minutes before serving.
