You will need…

4 tbsp of Just Basil Infused Rapeseed Oil

1/3 freshly squeezed lemon juice

50g whole pine nuts

Pinch of salt and black pepper

1 garlic clove crushed

50g parmesan cheese grated

40g fresh parsley chopped

The Method….

  1. Toast the pine nuts until they are lovely and golden.
  2. Blend the remaining ingredients into a smooth but grainy paste. Being careful not to make the paste smooth.
  3. Stir through pasta for that authentic Italian taste.
