Smoked Beetroot Hummus
300g cooked beetroot
1x (400g) can of cooked chickpeas
100ml Just Oak Smoked Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil
1 garlic clove, finely sliced
Pinch of sea salt
Juice of ½ a lemon
2 tbsp tahini
2 tsp harissa paste
Small amount of feta (optional)
